Same Day Service

Our warehouse and technicians are strategically staffed and located at our midtown location in the heart of NYC. Expect our service team to be there SAME DAY, (not like the other guys.).

Aqua Extreme-Trained Technicians

All of the Aqua Extreme service team is high trained and certified professions. They are at the top of their game and have undergone a thorough training program before going out into the field. All of our technicians are trained in all aspects of the purification process: from installations to filter changes.While other companies may take up to several days to install a cooler, our technicians get the job done in under an hour almost every time.

INSTALLATION

Installation

Your water cooler can be installed almost anywhere in your office. All of our service professionals are certified, insured, and highly-trained and will install your cooler for you free of charge.

We strive to make the installation process as comfortable for your office as possible:

We usually perform the installation in under an hour.
There will be virtually no disruption to your office.
After Installation, you won’t even know we were there.

Step 1
The first step is to find the nearest cold water source. This is usually found under the sink of any waterline in the building.

Step 2

We then install a "T" fitting. This is done so that your cooler and your sink / waterline can share the same water source at the same time.

Step 3

The "T" fitting is attached to a food grade waterway. We cut a small hole in the back of the sink cabinet or wall. When inside the wall we maneuver thr waterway to the celling. Once this is done, we can place your cooler anywhere you want.

Step 4

Once the waterway is above the cooler, we send it back down the wall into a cable plate.

Step 5

Now we simply plug in the Aqua Extreme cooler and turn on the water source. You now can enjoy unlimited purified water.
